Day 1: Exercise

I spent 15 minutes playing on Wii Fit. One of my favorite things is the long distance run, because there’s actually enough room to kinda run through rooms in our apartment. I also did a few tricep reps on the Bowflex. Needless to say, we need to get better.


Day 1: Food

Well, I guess I decided that I didn’t care what it was I took in today, as long as tomorrow is better since I finally sucked it up and announced this.

Food:
7 slices of Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza (my biggest vice and that of which I’m going to give up for a while)
4 cups of coffee, which is due to cup size, half-n-half and a couple tablespoons of sugar
2 glasses of Bushmills

I’d hate to know what this was on the WW system, thankfully, this is my own system!

Tomorrow the health food begins.
